BISP Registration Form
The new BISP registration form for 2023 is now available. You can use it to see your eligibility. And people who are not registered on the new BISP form. Chairmain of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) Shazia Murree has started the process of re-registering people for the program. So that people who aren’t qualified but should be able to sign up can do it at home using the BISP New Form.
BISP has made a new form for signing up. People who are eligible and people who are not eligible can both register online from their homes. If you have any trouble with the form, please let us know. Or, the BISP form doesn’t tell you anything. So, please go to the Benazir office closest to you. Through the BISP form, it is very easy to sign up. You can sign up through the form that is given.

How to Register through New Form?
The Benazir Income Support Program has made it even easier to sign up. Shazia Marin, who is the chair of BISP, has announced the new application form. Through this, poor families who deserve it and people who have been told they are not qualified can register at home using the form given.
The process of signing up with the new BISP form is very simple:
- First, you fill out the form that’s given to you.
- If you want to join BISP, you must first enter the number on your ID card.
- Type in your phone number.
- And you have to fill in the information in the way it is asked for.
- After that, a button will appear on the form.
- You have to click it.
- You’ll get a proof message as soon as you’ve checked in.
- Note that if you fill out the BISP New Registration Form and don’t hear back, you should go to the local Benazir office and sign up again.
How to Check Your Eligibility?
The fourth quarterly payment of 9000 rupees for BISP started coming in on June 19. If you have already signed up for this service. And want to know if you can join.
So use the form to see if you are eligible:
- Type in the 13-digit number on your CNIC.
- Enter your cell phone number that is on your CNIC.
- Type in the four-part code shown on the picture.
- Click on the Know button
- After a few seconds, all of your information appears on the screen.
Required Documents
In order to register for the Benazir Income Support Program, you don’t need many documents. You only need the following few documents.
- Your current identification card
- Electricity and gas bill
- FRC certificate of family Children’s Bay Form
- A certificate of disability if a disabled individual is applying
- When transgender people apply, it is indicated on their identity card that they are transgender.
